We recently purchased a new home and was was informed during the purchase that we would need to have the home re-plumbed. I contacted several Plumbing Company's around the Orlando Area and was pleased when Emerald Plumbing gave me their estimate. They were able to have our entire home re-plumbed in a timely manner and all the men on the job were very professional and made my wife and myself feel very comfortable with all of the work that was being completed. I am happy to say that we will 100% be using Emerald Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like to share with you how happy I was with the service on Saturday (over July 4th weekend). Your service technician, Armando, was so good at contacting me quickly after my initial call to the answering service and giving me a very reasonable timeframe as to when he could come out to work on my plumbing problem. Since it was Saturday July 2 and a holiday weekend I was pleasantly surprised to find that your company was not just a Monday through Friday type of company as so many places are. Armando called a second time to let me know he was on the way. Upon his arrival my problem had subsided (a blockage problem) but he did some testing, trouble shooting etc to see if he could discover why it occurred. He communicated to me his tests, his results and his recommendations in a clear and professional manner. He also found an unknown problem (unrelated to the original call) and gave me the choice to have it fixed then or call the office to set up an appointment not during the weekend. I just liked how he handled everything. I am very impressed with the level of this person in this particular profession. Congratulations to this company.

Good Evening, Yesterday, I used Emerald Plumbing for the very first time (you were recommended by my coworker and friend, Denise Perine). I was concerned that the repair would have to be canceled because the weather was so bad but the plumber called stating that he would be there in 20 minutes. When I arrived home, Armando was already at work, in the rain, repairing my plumbing problem. He was very professional and HE TALKED TO ME ABOUT HOW TO AVOID HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE; why this is almost unheard of! Emerald Plumbing did a "Superb" job with my re-plumb this week! These guys are some of the most hard-working, honest, and capable bunch I've seen! The price was more than fair and they were congenial despite the 120 degree attic!! I WILL use them again (but they did such a good job I won't need to for 25 yrs). Oh, and they are ALL real easy on the eyes too!! ;-) I would recommend them to anyone!!
