I wanted to say thanks to Emerald. A week ago just before going to bed, I found my hallway floor covered in water and called your company. I received a callback within 10 minutes and Marc who was the emergency plumber and was at my home in 30 minutes. He then found and fixed the copper piping in my bathroom wall that had been leaking (this was not my first problem with something like this). After talking to Marc we decided on repiping the home which was done the same week by a group of great guys that were fast and efficient. So again Thank you Emerald Plumbing! I'll be keeping on on speed dial! lol

We recently decided to install a solar hot water heater at our home. We felt this option was cost effective and environmentally friendly. Several people recommended Emerald Plumbing to us. They arrived on time and gave us a detailed estimate. They completed the job on time in a neat and professional manner. The crew was very nice and informative. The solar water system works great with plenty of hot water.

I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with “Ed the Plumber.” I have never seen a plumber, and very few other tradesmen, as miraculous as he is. He carefully scraped all the old caulk away to remove the mold, more than I had even requested. After I asked him to bleach the sink, he also bleached the counter even when I forgot to ask him to. He on his own showed me the leak on the faucet (Moen is sending us a free faucet under warranty which I would like to have Ed come back and install.) Ed was friendly and good-natured about my questions. Most importantly, when I was stressing out before he got there because I was home alone with the little guy, and I had not had time to buy the right caulk for the sink, he was passing by Lowe’s at the time and he volunteered to go and get it. I was utterly shocked and to this very day I am grateful. That is the type of service that wins life-long customers. I just wanted you to know what an asset he is.

I can now say that I have found one. My call for service was answered promptly and quickly. The plumber sent to my home was named Brain Balley. He was courteous, professional, and explained what he was going to do and proceeded to go right to work. He showed respect for my house and worked in a clean efficient manner. The cost was exactly as explained (no additional charges). I asked for his card so I could call and compliment him on a job well done. My shower faucet sprung a leak one night and the wonderful people at Emerald Plumbing sent Ian Brown to come to my rescue the very same day I called! Ian was wonderful! He had my faucet fixed in less than 30 minutes and even gave me recommendations for upgrades and described potential problems for me to look out for since my house is over 50 years old. He even told me that some of the faucets in my house are from a certain manufacturer that has lifetime warranties so I can save money by not having to go buy them! Ian went above and beyond for me and I plan on using them indefinitely and telling all my neighbors and local friends about their great service!
