A few weeks ago I was told by another plumber that I needed to replace 2 of my toilets in my home because I was having problems with them flushing poorly. Their pricing was a bit high so I decided to call around. I came across Emerald Plumbing and they came out the same day I contacted them. Once there I was informed that I did not need to replace the toilets that I just need the drain line snaked! I was shocked that I had almost been scammed into buying 2 toilets. Thank you Emerald Plumbing for coming out and being so helpful and honest! My toilets are flushing fine and I will defiantly call them again if I have another plumbing issue!

I called Emerald Plumbing for an estimate to have my home repiped because I have had none stop leaks and figured it was time to finally put a stop to them. I work long hours and it’s hard for me to leave work early so Liam came out at 5:30 to take a look. I had received a few other estimates and after getting Emerald’s I knew I would be going with them. The price was right and I was able to get on their schedule for the same week. The crew they sent out was wonderful, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone.

Monday I woke up to my daughters room covered with water. After convincing my wife I could fix the problem she proved me wrong and we called Emerald Plumbing out. They were here in just about an hour. Located the problem which was a pipe busted in the wall coming from the bathroom and fixed it in no time. Shawn knew exactly how to handle the situation and all was well again. Thanks Emerald Plumbing.

One weekend while having a house full of guest we had some plumbing issues. My first thoughts were “Great, how am I going to get a plumber out here on the weekend and how am I going to afford to pay for this?”. We recently had a major remodel done to our house. The remodel included services from Emerald Plumbing including installing Solar Hot Water, re-plumbing the entire house and major plumbing changes for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. We have been delighted with your service. The solar and re-plumb were the first things done. They were completed easily within a week of contracting your services. Permits were pulled and the inspections all completed timely. It was such a delight not to have to wait to have things completed.

For the remodel, well I just can't say enough good about Mac and his helper. They made numerous visits to take out drains, set up new drains for a shower, install new plumbing for new showers and body sprays and a shower outside. Then as things were complete they installed the new toilets, attached drains and installed new faucets and showers. They showed up when we needed the particular part of the job complete. They really made this whole remodel go smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, worked well and always cleaned up. Everything was completed to perfection. It was really a pleasure having Mac as our contact and plumber. If anyone ever asks me if I know a good plumber, you can be sure I will refer your company.

Dear Liam:

I don't often feel compelled to write a thank you letter for plumbing services.  Plumbing problems never come at a good time, are always unexpected and   quite often - outrageously expensive! 

Our business was in need of plumbing services on Thursday June 30th.  The hissing sound we heard behind a restroom wall was disconcerting.  At 11:30 AM, we called a plumber we previously used and were told they were not available until Friday.  We searched the internet and decided to call Emerald.  Fortunately, you could accommodate us before the end of the day.

Close to 5:00 PM Ian Brown and his helper Danny arrived.  Ian quickly identified the problem and it was my worst nightmare, a leak under the slab. 

Ian and Danny could not have been more professional and kind.  Ian kept me or a member of my staff updated at all times on his progress.  Drywall had to be removed and the slab had to be cracked.  Of course all this took place in a tiny little janitor's closet.  It was hot, dusty, back breaking work.  When I mentioned I would turn the air conditioning down, Ian's response was "please don't do that on our account."  Of course I turned it down anyway, but who in this day and age actually says something like that?  Ian was more than willing to give up his own comfort to keep his customer happy.  He also kept a great sense of humor throughout the entire evening.     

Ian was friendly, compassionate, professional, trustworthy, as quiet as possible, and generally appreciative of our business.  Not once did Ian or Danny lament on the late job, hard work, or working conditions of the tiny little room.  Danny quietly helped, did all that was asked, answered questions and was generally nice to everyone.    

Ian and Danny returned this morning to complete the job and were kind enough to check out other issues for me.  They were just as pleasant today as yesterday. 

It is rare to encounter exceptional customer service.  The fee charged was extremely reasonable.  Numerous members of my staff who encountered Ian and Danny were amazed at their work ethic and attitude.   

You obviously hire good people and keep them happy.  Quality and Service truly do come together at Emerald Plumbing and I am sure that starts at the top. 

I plan to recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone I know.  Although I hope I don't need your services anytime soon …. I won't hesitate to call you in the future.  I will of course request Ian Brown!
