Over the past several years we have had the great pleasure to call on Emerald Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. The Condominium Association consists of forty-five units built in 1985. Three years ago we began to notice several Condo's were experiencing small leaks throughout the units. We had contacted several local plumbing companies to respond to our need. Fortunately, for us, Emerald Plumbing not only responded immediately to our call, they showed such professionalism that our choice of companies was down to just one. All forty-five units were re-plumbed. The residents were offered additional plumbing services since Emerald Plumbing was already on site. A call to Emerald Plumbing always means that a polite, knowledgeable and professional plumber will be at my home quickly, do the work competently and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Quick responsive, pleasant and trustworthy are the words that come to mind about half a dozen friends and neighbors (the Kings, the Zehnders, the Phoenixs, among others), all of whom have been as pleased as I have been!
Ten years ago, upon a recommendation from my son-in-law’s parents, I called Emerald Plumbing to fix a drainage problem. After Emerald Plumbing repiped out home a few years ago, they have our plumbing contractors ever since. They completed the repipe of our two story home in just two days (as promised) with minimal inconvenience to our family and with almost no drywall repairs required afterwards. Their service was professional, friendly and prompt.

After having a second leak in our home and being told that the leak was in the slab, we weren’t sure what to do – whether to fix that problem or go ahead and re-pipe our 3,000 square foot home. Emerald Plumbing was the second plumbing contractor we called and I was very pleased to be worked in on a Friday afternoon and to have my quote within 10 minutes as I had an appointment that day. We decided to use Emerald Plumbing and were very pleased with how quickly they did the job. The entire staff was friendly, informative and stayed until the job was done at almost 8 p.m. in the evening (done in one day!). There was minimal drywall damage and the contractor they used did such a fantastic job you can’t even tell where the holes were. We will defiantly use Emerald Plumbing in the future and refer them to everyone we meet.
